Application Fee info.:
The application fee for participation in the recruiting process is INR 150, which will be paid to the Meghalaya Police.
Educational Qualifications info.:
Candidates who have finished grades 09, 10, 12, or any other graduate degree from an approved organization, school, or board are eligible to apply for the SI/Fireman and other vacancies offered by the Meghalaya Police.
Age Limit:
The age range for Meghalaya Police’s SI positions is 21–27 years old. The average age range for all other Meghalaya Police posts is between 18 and 21 years old.
Pay Scale:
- For Driver Constable- INR 20600- 48700
- For Unarmed Branch SI- INR 37800- 86400
- The remaining posts- INR 22200- 52400.
Selection Method:
The Meghalaya Police used a written and physical examination to reduce the number of applicants. Before going on to the DV stage, the Meghalaya Police will then conduct a round of interviews.
