Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Candidates who passed the M.B.B.S. or Medical Examination can apply for these positions.
- Age Limit (As of 01.01.2024):
- The minimum age limit of the candidates should be 21 years, and the upper age limit should not be more than 35 years.

HPPSC HPAS Selection Process
- Preliminary Examination: The commission will conduct two papers to check the candidate’s general awareness, general knowledge, and aptitude test. This will be the screening test of the candidates.
- Mains Exam: Qualified candidates will be called for the next phase, which includes compulsory and optional subjects. Candidates who will score higher will be selected for the next phase.
- Personality Test: After conducting the above phases, the commission will conduct a personality test. The commission will ask questions on matters of general interest. The purpose of the Personality Test is to assess the personal suitability of the candidates.
